Last update: October 5, 2026

Please read these Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully before using the website www.commuty.com (the “Website”), operated by Commuty SA (“Commuty”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a public limited company under Belgian law with its registered seat at Rue Louis de Geer 6, 1348 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, registered in the register of legal entities of Brabant Walloon under enterprise number 0556.631.530.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Scope — Website only

These Terms govern your use of the Website only, i.e. the informational and marketing website through which you can, among other things, learn about Commuty’s products and services, request a demo, and access the login page of the Commuty workplace management application (the “Application”).

These Terms do not govern your use of the Application itself. If you are a client, or a user of the Application acting on behalf of a client, your use of the Application is governed exclusively by the separate agreement in place between Commuty and your organisation (the “Client Agreement”), and, where applicable, by the Application Privacy Declaration.

2. Use of the Website

The Website allows visitors to, in particular:

- browse informational content about Commuty and its products and services;

- submit a request for a demonstration or to be contacted by our team;

- access the login page of the Application via a dedicated link (login itself, and everything that follows it, falls under the Client Agreement, not these Terms).

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by, any third party. In particular, you must not:

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system;

- introduce viruses, malware or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;

- use any automated system (e.g. scraping) to access the Website without our prior written consent;

- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a form on the Website.

3. Intellectual property

The Website, its structure, and all content published on it (texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, software) are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by, or licensed to, Commuty.

No part of the Website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without Commuty’s prior written consent, other than for strictly personal, non-commercial consultation of the Website.

“Commuty” and the Commuty logo are trademarks of Commuty. Any other trademarks appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners.

4. Links to and from the Website

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. Commuty has no control over, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, the content, accuracy, or practices (including privacy practices) of any linked third-party website.

If you wish to place a hyperlink to the Website from another website, you must first obtain Commuty’s written consent, except for links that simply point to the Website’s homepage in a manner that is not misleading and does not suggest any form of association, endorsement, or approval by Commuty that does not exist.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Commuty takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, the Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Commuty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to all or part of the Website at any time, in particular for maintenance purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Commuty shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Commuty’s liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Belgian law.

7. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data collected through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies on the Website is described in our Cookie Policy. Both are available on the Website and form an integral part of the terms governing your use of the Website.

8. Modifications to these Terms

Commuty may update these Terms from time to time, in particular to reflect changes in the Website’s functionality or in applicable law. The version applicable is the one published on the Website at the time of your visit. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of these Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
